Sukshma Marma Therapy® Courses
We do not currently have dates for courses in 2019
Course Leader: Dr Ernst Schrott
This is the second of three courses (Blocks 1, 2, 3) which will give you a full understanding of what Marma points are and how to treat them on yourself and others using the simple yet powerful technique known as Sukshma Marma Therapy® developed by Dr Ernst Schrott. It is open to anyone who has already completed Block 1.
Even on the first block you will learn the practical techniques of treating a Marma point. You will understand the concept of Sukshma Marma, which you will then be able to apply in order to improve health and prevent disease. Over the three blocks you will learn routines for the face, back, hands and feet, and learn protocols for some general ailments.
During the three blocks you will also gain basic knowledge about Maharishi Ayurveda, about prevention, daily routines, how to reduce toxins in the body, etc. On completion of all three blocks, Ernst will assess you and you may become a certified practitioner of Sukshma Marma therapy.
You should have a copy of Dr Schrott's Book Marma Therapy and you should have read it. Not only will this give you a thorough understanding of all aspects of Sukshma Marma Therapy, but also the basics of Ayurveda are explained there, as well as Mudras and Yoga. The book also explains many treatment protocols for different conditions which cannot be covered in the three courses. You should have a basic understanding about anatomy and physiology.
