This cooling and toning alcohol-free toner, perfect for dry and devitalized skin, contains hydrating and softening botanical extracts that plump thirsty skin. Use regularly to retain a healthy glow. Can also be used to set make-up.

Professional and Home Use: After cleansing, pour the Hydrating Toner onto cotton pads and apply on skin. Or spray evenly over face, throat and decollete and pat dry. Cover the eyes with one hand while spraying. Follow with a Moisture Cream of choice.
