Cinnamomum camphora cineoliferum has a soft, herbaceous aroma, which although powerful is somehow delicate. It is a completely safe oil at the right dilution and can be used on anyone including children. It is a valuable support to the respiratory system when used in inhalations and chest rubs. It can be used in vapourisers since it is a good clearing oil. It is mentally and physically uplifting, and is soothing to joints and muscles when used in a massage blend or bath. It blends well with Myrtle, Thyme and Pine for an even more powerful effect.
