Over the past years there has been an enormous increase in awareness about the dangers of harmful chemicals in our food. This has resulted in a big increase in the availability of organic foods.

However many of the people who care passionately about what they ingest, still persist in using products on their skin which are potentially toxic.

Chemicals in skin products are absorbed into the body. (If this was not the case, HRT patches, and nicotine patches used to help people give up smoking, would have no effect.)

Here are some products which are commonly used in skin care preparations, but which are specifically excluded from Elixea products. (And of course they are not present in any Oshadhi products, which are created almost exclusively from essential oils, carrier oils and hydrolats (hydrosols).)
